- Strollercize was founded in 1995. It started in New York City's Central Park by Elizabeth Trindade. It grew to the largest stroller fitness business in the country. When 9/11 happened and a tough divorce, Strollercize went through some changes. With her life back on a stroll Trindade started to train Moms online, in classes and wrote The Wheel of Knowledge Certification Course for Strollercize. There are now seven courses in The Wheel of Knowledge that give a Push in the understanding of leading a great stroller fitness class!
