• Accelerate Center is a Center for Integrative Therapies consisting of pediatric psychologists, behavioral analysts, educational specialists ,speech and language therapists, occupational, and music therapists, Orientation and mobility specialists, teachers for the deaf and hard of hearing and much more under one organization. We serve children, and families in Alameda, Sonoma, Santa Clara and Riverside counties, within charter schools, our clinic or community events. We provide multi-modal services for the empowerment of children that are dually exceptional (with disabilities and gifted in an area) believing that if children cant learn the way we teach we should teach the way they learn In new charter schools we build and design special education programs from their inception in compliance with IDEA law; providing superior quality services and therapist staffing needs under a cost sensitive platform.As an integral part of our clinic based services we provide parent education training on how to work with their children in the home environment, Advocacy training for parents to help their children get the services they need.Finally, we enhance our local communities socially through our involvement in local events geared towards those members of our communities with needs; and fiscally by providing a space and entrepreneurial opportunities/guidance to start up sole proprietor therapists looking for a physical setting. We provide a co-working environment where they can collaborate without competition and where they dont have to worry about high overhead or buying assessments and materials. The concept is about reciprocity; we grow our network, and provide resources desperately needed to the community for children with special needs.
