- WisPACT, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that creates and maintains pooled and community trusts for the benefit of individuals with disabilities. It originated from a collaborative effort between ARC Wisconsin, NAMI Wisconsin, Inc., the State Bar- Elder Law Section, and the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Association in 2003 and currently serves more than 2,000 beneficiaries throughout the state of Wisconsin.The Wisconsin Pooled & Community Trusts, or WisPACTs, provide for the special needs of persons with disabilities without endangering their eligibility for public benefits or placement on waiting lists. These benefits include entitlement programs such as Supplemental Security Income, Medical Assistance, Social Security Disability Insurance, Medicare, and home and community-based services such as the Community Integration, Options, and Support Programs.
