• About SenoRx SenoRx was founded in 1998 to design, develop, manufacture and market minimally invasive devices for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. SenoRx (NASDAQ: SENO) completed its initial public offering of common stock in March 2007. Since its founding, SenoRx has developed multiple, proprietary technology platforms and a unique product portfolio that address a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. These products include the EnCor® vacuum-assisted breast biopsy system, the Contura Multi-Lumen Balloon (MLB) applicator for delivering radiation to the tissue surrounding the lumpectomy cavity following surgery for breast cancer, and SenoSonix, which combines ultrasound and vacuum assisted biopsy in one system. The companys line of breast care products includes biopsy disposables, biopsy capital equipment, diagnostic adjunct products and therapeutic disposables. SenoRx is continuing development of additional minimally invasive products for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
