Dynamo Girl is a unique program designed specifically for girls, age 5 and up, to build their selfesteem through physical activity. Not every girl is a gifted athlete, but every girl can be taught fundamental sports skills in a safe and joyful environment. Dynamo Girl is built on the conviction that competence in a variety of physical activities breeds confidence in life. We teach our Dynamos fundamental, multidisciplinary sports skills in the way girls like to learn: with lots of encouragement in a fun and safe environment. Dynamo Girls expand their basketball, soccer, volleyball and football abilities; grow their speed, strength and agility; and develop their communication and team-building competence.
