- New Water announced the first and final close of its inaugural private equity investment fund, New Water Capital Partners, L.P. (NWC I) in 2015, closing at its hard cap of $406 million. NWC I will focus on lower-middle market investments, including turnarounds, underperformers, corporate carve-outs, and companies in transition in the target areas of consumer products, retail, and manufacturing and services.New Water is led by partners Jason Neimark, Brian McGee, John Disa and Mark Becker.
