• Moses Lake Community Health Center is a mission driven primary care practice with a focus on quality and continuity of care. We are a not-for-profit corporation governed by a community board whose mission is to provide high-quality care to traditionally underserved populations in the central Columbia Basin of Washington State. Our team of compassionate and devoted medical professionals includes ten Family Practitioners, and nine Mid-levels (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners). We offer a rare opportunity to practice both the science and the art of family medicine with excellent community specialist support.The Health Center offers general dentistry in Moses Lake and Quincy. Services include: screenings; x-rays; cleanings; fluoride treatments; sealants; fillings; and extractions. Our Dental staff, which includes six Dentists, is devoted to community dental health care & education with a unique ability to connect with their patients, young and old alikeThe Health Center also includes a perinatal support services program as well as the WIC Program which serves over 4,000 women, infants and children each month. We also offer Diabetes Management education and Behavioral Health consultation .
