• Hotel California By the Sea (HCBTS) is a dual-diagnosis and gender-specific treatment program located in Orange County, CA. and Bellevue, WA. HCBTS provides individualized substance abuse treatment for men, women and young adults in a luxurious, safe and structured home-like environment. At HCBTS, we offer all levels of care including detoxification, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, sober living, and aftercare. At HCBTS, we do not believe in taking a cookie cutter approach to treatment.
