GLM has a brand new, state-of-the-art focus group facility with a large client observation room and lounge, as well as audio and video recording, remote viewing and video-streaming capabilities. GLM also has an on-site twenty station call center, and many of our interviewers have been with us for over 10 years. Great Lakes Marketing also provides child-resistant safety package testing of dangerous products such as cigarette lighters, medicine bottles, and chemical containers. GLM tests hundreds of children and senior adults each week to make sure that companies products meet the requirements of the Poison Prevention Act, as well as the regulations of the CPSC, EPA, and CSA.
