With an expert culinary staff headed by Chef Duce Raymond, we use rustic cooking techniques such as open fire grilling and wood smoking, to bring out the flavors of backyard BBQ all year round. Our chef-inspired menus merge classic BBQ favorites with todays unique flavors and culinary techniques. True Cuisine Catering/Special Events: Where exceptional cuisine, creativity, and sophistication meet. Our world-class menus feature fresh, seasonally inspired ingredients fit for all of lifes special moments. With origins as a culinary institute, our company has been developing professionals, as well as flavors for over 30 years! Meetinghouse Event Design & Production: Founded in 1981, Meetinghouse has been an industry leader in event logistics for 35 years, garnering countless awards. Supported by seasoned professionals and a 32,000 sq. ft. design center filled with event furnishings, lighting, décor, audio-visual and a floral design studio, our company is prepared to make your vision a reality! The SBR Events Group companies have been nationally and internationally recognized for excellence in culinary efforts, design and production.
