• MISSION: To provide a quality, integrated health care home to the communities we serve. Salud Family Health Centers is a Federally Qaulified Health Center (FQHC) with twelve clinics and a mobile unit. We provide medical, dental, and behavioral health care services all under one roof. Salud's care is designed to reduce health disparities; we focus on low-income, medically underserved populations as well as the migrant and seasonal farmworker population. Since 1970, Salud has been firmly committed to providing care to all community members regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Salud operate clinics in the following communities: Brighton, Commerce City, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Fort Lupton, Fort Morgan, Frederick, Longmont, Sterling.CORE VALUES:QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE: We are committed to progress in all aspects of the organization and to deliver the best patient outcomes and highest quality service.
