• TalentBridge L3C is a U.S. based provider of outsourced contact center services. The company currently offers sales and marketing support services (including social media and chat) through its multilingual inbound and outbound contact center located next to the California State University Northridge college campus. TalentBridge L3C is a social benefit entity formed with the goal of bridging the gap between higher education and real-world business needs by providing a practical combined learning and work environment. By providing talented college students with ongoing paid On-The-Job training, coaching, management best practices, hands-on experience and mentoring we help enable them to become more valuable workers (and earn higher pay) while they are still in college. In the long term we aim to help students greatly improve their overall career value, productivity, range of career choices and entrepreneurial skills. In order to expand our impact and to access a broader multi-lingual talent base we envision future locations near other schools such as Cal Poly and UC. Over time the company intends to expand into other college-level skills like creative, multimedia design, and 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
