We handle complex civil litigation matters with agility, efficiency and focus.EMH was founded in January 2009 by Andrew M. Edison, David T. McDowell and Thomas F. A. Hetherington, three highly regarded trial partners from Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, with the goal of providing first class client service and representation at the most cost-effective rates possible. We put these principles into practice by emphasizing client collaboration at every step in the process, providing early case assessments and budgets, and developing litigation prevention strategies. Since 2009, the Firm has grown to more than 35 attorneys who share the same values as the founding Partners. We take pride in being aggressive and honest advocates for our clients at all times.
