Awareness of Mold Growth has risen sharply in recent years. Several factors have contributed to this heightened awareness: energy conservation measures; changes in building materials; the use of rapid construction techniques; failure of occupants to properly manage moisture intrusion and humidity, as well as increased reliance on mechanical (HVAC) systems for comfort control.
