Founding members of the organization are Darnell Jones, RPH and Brayden Misiolek, out of a need to supplement health inequities in the gender diverse community. Offer HRT education, and continued transition counseling with goals of achieving a healthy, successful transition. Core model is to connect with resources for a holistic well-being, including social, mental health as well as medical. Providers & resources are vetted, to ensure not only competency but gender affirming, culturally competent care. We provide both client models (free), to connect to resources through a coordinated, holistic care model. We provide back end provider models, to onboard, educate, and train providers that interface with our community.
