Trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art safety features such as back up alarm, automatic braking systems and electronic monitoring screens. Equipment is maintained in good condition through regular preventive maintenance programs. Employees participate in monthly safety meetings to ensure constant awareness. Total quality management is a goal we pursue relentlessly. We believe in the methodology of management by walking around or in our case by driving around. By following our trucks, C-6 supervisors are allowed a first hand look at the service rendered and equipment appearance. In addition, supervisors conduct personal interviews and phone surveys of customers which allows us to keep on top of any issues that arise and therefore ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
