- DRAGG is a hot new program here in the city of Oxnard. Officers along with people from the automotive industry, help reach out to the youth of today. We are here to provide a viable alternative in the automotive industry and help guide and mentor them. Our goal is to reach out to the youth through the after school program, field trips and special events. It's a new spin on an old idea, keep the youth focused on the future with trained and experienced individuals in the automotive industry and partnership with the Police Department. We believe this is a unique outreach to young people who have an interest in the automotive industry and will provide an environment that is free of the influences of gangs and other negative behaviors.
