At MMI, we take pride in producing thorough, well thought out designs and construction documents. Locally, this begins with obtaining unique site information as provided through geotechnical reports. Combined with our vast library of construction documents and site information which dates back to the 1940s, we are always able to make the correct foundation design. Our diligence in design continues throughout the superstructure, accounting for all code required gravity, wind, seismic and flood loading for all structural elements and connections.The repeated use of Morphy, Makofsky, Inc. by many major architects is a point of pride. This is because it has been and will always be our aim to render our services in accordance with the highest moral and ethical standards.
