Forefront has grown significantly during its twelve year history to become the leading contract manufacturer of the Laryngeal Mask Airway, as well a technical innovator with technical design assistance, prototyping, injection molding, extrusion, assembly, packaging and global supply chain. Our technical focus is exclusively medical disposable devices, drug delivery systems and diagnostic platforms.In addition, we have developed extensive capabilities with optically clear polycarbonate sheaths, drug infusion systems, diagnostic test kits, feeding tube catheters, wire reinforced tubing, monitoring devices and new specialty products. State of the art manufacturing capabilities include class 100k clean rooms for extrusion and injection molding, complimented by class 10k clean rooms for assembly and packaging. Our production facilities are TUV SUD accredited ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, as well as FDA CGMP compliant. In addition, Forefront Changzhou and Xiamen have obtained RoHS certification and are certified by SFDA with a Class 2 Medical Device capability.
