We provide a balanced approach of unique creativity with underlying roots in environmental sensitivity with every project. Intreegue Design is certified in Forest Conservation Planning and LEED AP, and has expert horticulturalist on staff. We specialize in Urban Design, Streetscape, Master Planning, Botanical Garden Design, Residential Design, Commercial Retail, Forest Conservation, and Children's Garden Design. Intreegue has participated in projects locally, nationally, and internationally. Addtionally, Intreegue Design has played a part in the growth and recognition of the field of Landscape Architecture within the state of Maryland. Colleen Vacelet, President of Intreegue Design, served on the MD American Society of Landscape Architects Board for 8 years concluding with the service as President of the Executive Board. She also teaches as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland in the Landscape Architecture Department. Intreegue stays involved in the community with several other groups, including the MD Native Plant Society. We are committed to community service as well as to our client and environment solutions!
