• Hello and thank you for giving us a moment of your time. We are Off The Beat Path, a one of a kind R&B/Soul Band based in Austin, TX. We perform one of a kind originals, and guest request only, and some of the best cover songs in history. The reason we include one of a kind is because we know there isn't anyone performing these songs like the way we do. I, front-man, have had numerous nationwide airtime, when I was a teenager, for my very wide range and my ability to work the stage. Our guitarist, Armando Saldana, has played in many groups before moving to Austin, and has been given many amazing reviews on his ability to work the guitar. Our bassist, Don Bernhardt, played with many top touring bands before settling in Austin. And our drummer, Hector Diaz, is a young Extremely talented musician whom know the drums like the back of his hand. When you put us all together, you just couldn't ask for a better combination of multiple minds combining sounds to make us enjoy our favorite covers even better then we ever thought we could.The thing that separates us from other bands out there is we play all our songs in a way most bands don't, as to the name, giving them a slight edge that grabs a huge response from our guests. At this time we currently play at a variety of events/venues including: Bars, Clubs, Lounges, Weddings, Private Events, Festivals, etc. We are available as a Full Band, a Trio, or a Duo.
