This relationship brought the Burris familys design-build expertise to Atrium Post Acute Care, with a focus on the construction of B Well Post Acute Centers, a Burris Construction design concept that focuses solely on post acute care with an emphasis on wellness. The first B Well Post Acute Care Center opened in Hamilton, New Jersey in February 2015.The end of 2014 marked a pivotal moment for Atrium Health & Senior Living with its expansion into Michigan and Wisconsin through the acquisition of 17 skilled nursing centers and six senior living communities from Rice Health Care Facilities, Inc., and its affiliates.As we look toward the future, Atrium Health & Senior Living will continue to seek opportunities to extend our reach, achieve our mission and vision and practice our core values for the benefit of our valued residents, patients and their families and our team members.
