• TLC Residential Clean & Sober Living Homes was founded in 1988. The present owner and Director of Operations, Frank Montero is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, has been clean and sober since 1996 and has run various rehabilitation centers. We have experienced district managers who go to treatment centers to do presentations on sober living and take clients to see our homes. All of our staff are dedicated to the process of recovery. We support MAT, including suboxone, methadone, and other physician prescribed mental health or addiction medications.We offer over 40 sober living homes throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Marin County. These homes are set up exclusively for men & women recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. TLCs intention is to provide the highest quality of living at affordable rates for those serious about recovery. We have spent years actively involved with and supporting the recovering communities through outreach, presentations and involvement in many Programs.Our homes are clean and inviting, secure and alcohol/drug free. TLC offers their clients a foundation and platform which assures that the transition from treatment centers to our homes is consistent with the principles of recovery. Structure, accountability, self-discipline are the guidelines used at most treatments and are carried forth at the TLC homes.
