• EIMC was started 39 years ago by Renan Delgado as a small family based business, and has grown into what is today, a leading property management company based out of Hialeah, Florida in the highly competitive Southeast US Market. Antonio Delgado is not only the President of EIMC, he is a dedicated Partner and owner. Our portfolio consists of a total of 22 communities, located in Florida and North Carolina, that totals 1600 apartment homes. We then empower our onsite Property Managers and staff with the tools to effectively maintain their properties and take ownership.
