• Harbor House Memory Care is a small home for those living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. We are dedicated to providing loving care to our residents throughout the disease process.Using over two decades of experience in memory care, Harbor House adjusts its services to meet each individuals needs. Our caregivers are specially trained through our Safe Harbor program which has been nationally recognized by the Alzheimer's Association.Due to our resident-centered care programs we are able to create satisfying days and meaningful lives for residents while giving families peace of mind.One way we accomplish this is by allowing our residents to age in place and working to alleviate any behavioral or end-of-life issues that may occurr. Using the training of our Team Members we are able to bolster the self-worth of our residents, while creating a failure and stress-free home for our residents.Due to our training and enhanced hiring process the Harbor House team is made of the best caregivers around. We focus knowing and understanding our residents. As a result our Life Enrichment Program is tailored to the likes and dislikes of our residents, invigorating their minds, bodies and spirits.
