• DY Consultants is a privately owned organization, which is an internationally recognized airport consulting firm that specializes in the planning and engineering of all types and sizes of airports. Our headquarters is located in New York with satellite offices in Europe. We've been providing services for over 26 years and have completed nearly 600 projects for a large array of clients. Although we extend our services to the largest of clientele, we remain focused on providing each individual client with a level of excellence and personalized attention that we've built our company upon. This talented group of individuals provide services that cover the full gamut of services, necessary to develop on an airport, including; programming, funding, planning, environmental planning, preliminary engineering, permitting, final design, construction management and final closeout. Although the material we prepare may be highly technical in nature, we are very adept at presenting the information in a manner that it is clear and understandable at all levels.
