The Make Ready Board gives you an at-a-glance status of tasks assigned to your vendors and employees. The mobilized phone app provides your workers access to their task list using a smart phone, tablet or computer and provides much more to the manager in the field.Established in 2010 by Monica and Tony O'Neil who saw a need in the apartment industry for a replacement of inadequate ways to schedule and manage the tasks done in apartment rentals between tenants. Marker boards and spreadsheets have the the standard for the turn-over process and they knew it was time for a change. Property management software programs have failed to have a way to schedule make-ready tasks into their systems so Make Ready Manager was created to fill the void and provide cloud access and a mobile application for property manager to use.Make Ready Manager has an import/integration that works with property management programs that export unit information. Property managers are able to customize the program to how they do their turns and are able to see task statuses at-a-glance. Make Ready Manager also has the capability to maintain a history of turns for each unit.In addition to the program, there is a phone/mobile app that gives your vendors and employees access to their task assignments. Workers are able to see their schedule and update the Make Ready Board by marking tasks as completed all by using their mobile device. The mobile app allows managers to make changes to tasks whenever and wherever and notify workers of changes made directly from their mobile device.
