After considerable research, he decided RE/MAX was the most agent friendly business model. He opened RE/MAX On Track located at 2075 Exeter, Suite 60 in Germantown, TN in 1989. Twenty two years later we are still the largest RE/MAX franchise in the Mid-South while providing a full range of real estate services for Memphis and surrounding areas. Peter started with five agents and Judy Deming who is still our office manager and a licensed Realtor. Peter worked around the clock as an active agent and a devoted broker. With his jovial personality, quick wit and can do attitude, within 5 years RE/MAX On Track we were the most successful. For 15 of the past 22 years On Track agents have closed the MOST transactions PER agent! WOW!!
