The SPEDC focuses on economic and workforce development by delivering programs, providing access to training, engaging in public-private partnerships and linking community resources. The goal of SPEDC is to retain and expand business, to help people access the skills needed for higher wage jobs, and to establish a positive, highly visible reputation for San Pablo in the Bay Area.
