Wema picks projects that have viable, material problems and solutions. Our goals are to address the needs of the community with real solutions, not ideology, policy or studies.Community Designed. Wema does not deign to think it knows what is best for other people. The projects Wema supports have been designed and planned by local communities that know their own needs best. We support such efforts with whatever resources we can offer.Economically Sustainable. Wema does not want to create a community that is permanently dependent on our charitable donations. Our projects are intended to be finite. They are intended to provide the people of a community with the tools they need to secure their own future in the long-term.
