• The Cooper Spirits Company is an independent, privately held alcoholic beverage company producing artisanal products with a commitment to integrity. The company was founded by Robert J. Cooper, a third generation distiller, with offices in New York, Philadelphia, and Palm Beach. In 2007, Cooper Spirits launched St-Germain, the world's first liqueur made from fresh elderflower blossoms. Considered the most successful new liqueur introduced in recent memory, the New York Times hailed it as one of the single most influential cocktail components of the last decade. After years of exponential growth, the brand was divested to Bacardi in 2013.In 2010, Cooper Spirits re-introduced Creme Yvette - a rich berry fruit liqueur, handcrafted in France using artisanal methods. First created in 1890, Creme Yvette is an essential ingredient in classic cocktails. Today, its lush, complex character pairs perfectly with a wide variety of base spirits like Champagne, gin, vodka, tequila, and bourbon. In 2013, Cooper Spirits will launch Slow and Low. Inspired by rock and rye, this is America's Original Bottled Cocktail. Straight rye whiskey is blended with orange peel, a touch of honey, and horehound (an herb used in bitters) - creating the perfect rye Old Fashioned, straight out of the bottle.
