    • Pinnacle Emergency Management is a general contractor which specializes in fire and mold damage, mold mitigation and emergency response agreements to support our clients when disaster strikes.We have helped numerous clients following fires and floods but we are most effective when we are a partner before a disaster strikes with an Emergency Response Agreement (ERA). This agreement makes a client's business a priority should an area-wide disaster strike and numerous businesses are needing help from restoration companies at the same time.For instance when an office building had severe water damage to two levels and displaced 60 employees, we set up and moved them to an alternate office location (within the same complex) within two days over a weekend. Every knick knack from their desks were carefully cataloged and moved so they felt at home as much as possible during the next 60 days while the damage was repaired.We also helped two high profile Sacramento area restaurants restore their businesses following kitchen fires: Mikuni and Zocalo. Both were back up and running in record time given their circumstances, thus helping minimize their employees' loss of revenue from valuable tips, something insurance doesn't cover.We hope all commercial property owners and managers will take heed and think about their disaster plan. They should review their insurance policy in detail annually, something we are happy to do with them. Their Business Income Interruption coverage is one of the most critical in these cases.
