Former Senator Joseph I. Lieberman and former Governor Thomas J. Ridge co-chair the Panel. Panel members include former Senator Thomas A. Daschle, former Representative James C. Greenwood, former Secretary of Health and Human Services Donna E. Shalala and the Honorable Kenneth L. Wainstein. Dr. Yonah Alexander, Dr. William B. Karesh, Ms. Rachel Levinson, Mr. I. Lewis Libby, Dr. Gerald W. Parker, Dr. George Poste, and Dr. Tevi Troy serve as ex officios. Dr. Ellen P. Carlin and Dr. Asha M. George serve as co-directors and Ms. Patricia de la Sota serves as coordinator.
