• Causing Bold Leaders around the world since 1998, this site highlights the connections, programs and opportunities with BoldLeaders (also dba Critical Mass Leadership Education). We are an educational non-profit dedicated to designing and delivering alternative programming around the world to schools, educators, community organizations and the workplace. We identify a Bold Leader as someone who chooses to move beyond the limited parameters of what is commonly accepted in order to cause valuable perspectives to arise that were not apparent before. We Cause Bold Leaders through our unique Platform Methodology that has been in developed and practiced with thousands of participants in 20 countries. Beginning in 2015, BoldLeaders has enlarged its educational consulting focus, established a local office and network in South Africa, developed an online training platform for participants to become adept at facilitating the BoldLeaders Methodology and is currently at work refining the revolutionary Basic Human Resources concept that includes the notions of Elemental Human Resources as the source of often sought after intellectual and social habits such as critical thinking, reasoning, perseverance, imagination, self-advocacy, perspective taking and more.
