- AERO JET INTERNATIONAL AND AIR AMBULANCE PROFESSIONALS ANNOUNCE MERGER We are excited to announce that Aero Jet International (AJI) and Air Ambulance Professionals (AAP) have combined in a merger. The combination of both companies will create the leading dedicated fixed-wing air ambulance services provider in the United States. AJI has 15 years of Service and AAP has 22 years of service in providing medical air ambulance transports throughout the Western Hemisphere. The combined aircraft total 5 Learjet 35As in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a Cessna 402 in San Juan, Puerto Rico in which service the entire Caribbean Basin. It is expected to operate over 10 fixed-wing aircraft within 12-18 months.The management teams of (AJI) and (AAP), including Stuart Hayman, Brian Weisz, Jacob Bercovici and Dawn Cerbone continue to manage the Companys operations.
