• Ridgewood Tri Athlete (RTA) is a Triathlon Community. We are a triathlon club and a multisport coaching business centered in Bergen County, NJ. Our mission is to reach and positively engage the multisport athletes in our area.RTA offers swim, bike, and run coaching for all fitness levels at a variety of distances. From 5k run races to long course triathlon, we commit to the success of our athletes. More specifically, we coach using our proprietary training system built upon data and refined through continual benchmark testing. This ensures that workouts remain consistent with current fitness levels. On race day you will be confident and well prepared to tackle what lays ahead. With RTA you will train effectively and efficiently!Team RTA is our USAT sanctioned triathlon club. We were recently named BEST TRI CLUB in the Northeast by Competitor Magazine. In addition to weekly group workouts and monthly socials, the club provides a great way to network with fellow triathletes and share training hours and fitness knowledge.We welcome you join RTA!
