Toney Construction Services, Inc.

Description

• TONEY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC (TCS) founded in 1994 by David & Linda Toney, the company has evolved into a recognized and preferred general contractor in Houstons building industry for commercial interiors, exteriors and new construction. We have successfully completed an assortment of projects throughout Texas and Louisiana. Responding to our clients needs, we have grown from our Houston base, expanding into New Orleans, Covington, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Louisiana. This has allowed TCS to become the construction services provider of choice by our corporate clients both locally and on a multi-state level. One TCS Project Manager will exclusively lead all phases of construction including estimating, value engineering, contracting, scheduling and delivery. This single-point-of-contact approach ensures continuity in commitments, communications and results. As a self-performing contractor, TCS is uniquely qualified to deliver a quality product with higher return for your clients construction dollar. Use of our cross-trained tradesmen for labor allows TCS direct control of quality and manpower in order to meet or accelerate the construction schedule. Integrating this level of participation of skilled labor and detailed project management allows us, as the general contractor, to share your vision and deliver each project successfully, even when facing an aggressive schedule.
