• Whooo's Reading is a K12 independent reading platform used in 35,000 classrooms nationwide. Whooo's Reading helps teachers keep their students accountable to their independent reading goals and easily identify which students need help with which reading comprehension skills. Through personalized mastery badges, habit-building gamification, and collaborative reading responses, Whooo's Reading has been able to galvanize students from many different backgrounds and reading levels to become better readers. From a sample of 2,000 students enrolled in Whooo's Reading, students who were reading below their grade level were reading books on average 3 grade levels higher (~300 Lexile points) after 6 months of use.Whooo's Reading is available to teachers for free. Whooo's Reading Premium can be purchased at the individual teacher level, or school- or district-wide. Whooo's Reading Read-A-Thon Fundraisers are also available to schools and PTOs who wish to leverage the motivational Whooo's Reading platform to simultaneously encourage their students to read and raise funds for their school.
