• We at ICS are a design-build firm that specializes in both residential and commercial building. We are a growing company out of Crown Point, Indiana, but with a team having over 70 years of combined experience in the industry. In addition to new construction we specialize in build-outs in retail, medical and municipal spaces. We also offer a full-line of pre-construction services, in-house contracting, in-house design work and preliminary construction schedules. We have a significant amount of completed commercial projects that are located in the Northwest Indiana region and all throughout Indiana. With our clients needs ranging in size, budget and industries we have developed a wide portfolio of projects from concept to completion. As of May 2015 we created a residential division and it has continued to grow exponentially. Our focus is on creating high quality, custom homes built with integrity and style. We work alongside our clients to fine tune the building process to fit their needs, style and budget. As we create ground-up construction we are with our clients from the very beginning working on their concepts for their dream home through to the beautiful finished home.
