- We are an innovative not-for-profit dialysis Provider with Centers in Troy, Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs, NY. We offer multiple Home Dialysis therapies including PD, NxStage short-daily, and even overnight 'Internet Monitored' dialysis. The frequency is daily for most or 5 to 6 times/week for overnight. We train patients at our Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs Centers in a 2 to 3 week period- then you go Home! We established a Nocturnal In-Center dialysis therapy program in our Sataoga Springs, NY unit in January 2012. It is one more way that the Rubin Center Care Team focuses on designing and delivering dialysis therapies around the patient's needs.
