• DescriptionFounded in 2012 by Dale Killmeyer and Charlie Schliebs, Stone Pier Capital is a boutique merger & acquisition advisory firm, with additional specialties in strategic and financial advisory services. Over the past 18 months, Stone Pier or its principals have concluded a number of transactions and have enjoyed multiple engagements. These include a completed sell-side transaction (a national franchise unit of a leading regional construction contractor), a completed buy-side transaction (purchase of a controlling interest in an international broadcast media company), and financial and strategic advisory retentions for companies as varied as a health and wellness product manufacturing company, a workers' compensation patient management company, and a publicly-traded computer games technology company. We currently have several new engagements for outstanding companies in a variety of fields. Our client companies thus far have been located in CA, FL, New England, eastern PA and the western PA/OH/WV area. MissionTo provide high-level M&A, financial and strategic advisory services to small and mid-sized companies not normally able to access such services at a reasonable cost. Although not industry-specialized, our principals have historic expertise in numerous fields, including healthcare and life sciences products and services, oil and gas, food, agriculture, chemicals and metals, and have internationally-known industry specialists available to us as desired.
