Dean's Satellite believes that customer service is king in the hospitality industry and the company is built around this basic principle.Owners Dean and Sonya, along with their staff, know it's essential to have a business partner people can trust when it comes to their satellite television service provider. Exceptional customer service is one reason Dean's Satellite was named the 2011 DIRECTV Dealer of the Year for the entire nation.Dean's Satellite became an Elite DIRECTV Dealer in 2010 and followed that award up in 2011 and 2012.
