In 1966 Frank expanded his company into real estate investment and property management, constructing his first commercial development thus launching Oddo Development. Oddo Development has constructed and currently owns and manages over a million square feet in commercial real estate, several multi-family homes and residential communities in the Kansas City market. Frank Oddo currently serves as chairman of the board and his son Rick Oddo as President and CEO of the company.
