We help schools in these key areas:Academics: We provide intervention tools in Reading and Math that help teachers improve achievement with their struggling students. We also provide professional development and consulting that helps schools use a data-driven approach to identify the needs of students and customize instruction. Behavior: We provide behavior assessment tools to schools that help them identify the need for behavior support in their settings. Our goal is to help them use their student support resources efficiently and effectively. We also provide professional development and consulting to maximize the effectiveness of the tools and give teachers strategies to adjust to the reallocation of resources.Consulting: We provide a proven process that shows school leaders how they can better support what is happening in the classroom so that learning can be accelerated. Student achievement happens when the teachers are given effective tools, trained on the effective use of the tools and provided with the support from leadership to produce achievement. We provide professional development, consulting and reporting that helps leaders accomplish these goals.
