- Maple Leaf Treatment Center (formerly known as Maple Leaf Farm) is one of the oldest, continuously operating, residential drug- and alcohol-abuse treatment and recovery centers in the country. We offer clinically managed residential detoxification and medium- to high-intensity residential substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment. Located in the serene foothills of Mt. Mansfield, in Underhill Vermont, Maple Leaf Treatment Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is licensed by the State of Vermont and operates as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. At Maple Leaf Treatment Center, we believe that when it comes to addiction treatment and recoveryone size does not fit all! Maple Leafs treatment philosophy is based on an understanding of addiction as a disease that affects the whole personphysically, emotionally, socially, and spirituallyand recovery is an ongoing process of building a life that is meaningful and productive. People struggling with addictions may have a range of other problems as well, including mental health disorders, histories of trauma, criminal justice involvement, or family problems. We address these issues so that our patients can successfully begin recovery. A successful journey to recovery requires an understanding of a persons unique situation, their needs, strengths and goals. Our qualified and caring staff builds each patients treatment program to leverage these individual characteristics. Our residential program is just a starting point. We help you meet your long-term recovery goals by developing a plan for when you go home. A plan that fits your life and considers your challenges.
