• Sun Life Family Health Center is the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Pinal County. Governed by a Board of Directors representing the patients and communities served by the organization, Sun Life serves over 36,000 patients, 36% of whom are children; over 34% have incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level. Joint Commission accreditation is voluntary, and means undergoing a challenging, and comprehensive evaluation.We have made significant efforts to review and improve the key factors that can affect the quality and safety of patient care. This standard is met and maintained by only 5% of the community health centers nationally, and Sun Life is one of only two community health centers in the state to achieve and maintain this accreditation.
