HRAP, Inc. is a DC based non-profit designed to teach Undefended Students (US), also known as At-Risk, the professional Lifestyle of Human Resources as a way to break the pipeline from school to incarceration, and gain economic independence. OUR VISION To create and establish education and job training programs for the advancement of Undefended Young Adults aka At-Risk. OUR MISSION To break the pipeline from school to incarceration by educating and empowering young adults in the professional lifestyle of Human Resource Management. OUR PROMISE We promote sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities from all walks of life. VOLUNTEER The range of opportunities for volunteers is huge. Whatever skills and experience you have, there is something you can do.
