• Enabling INDEPENDENCE for people with disabilities of any age, and older people, and their carers in the ACT and South Eastern NSW Purpose Through creative application of technology, we provide affordable equipment to meet individual needs and to help people with a disability and older people, and their carers enhance their quality of life and, by enabling independence, to better participate in and contribute to the community. Vision Enabling independence for people with disabilities, older people, and their carers. Core Business Design and make creative equipment which is otherwise unavailable to enable people with disabilities of any age, and older people, and their carers in the ACT and South Eastern NSW to become more independent in their daily lives. The equipment is made or modified by our skilled volunteers who donate their time and expertise to provide creative solutions. Modify commercially available equipment to make it better suit the persons needs, repair equipment, provide specialized technical advice or refer clients elsewhere if appropriate.
