• Headquartered in Santa Ana, California, IPC (USA), Inc. began as a joint venture between ITOCHU and Chemoil (owned by Glencore) that began operations in the U.S. market in 2002. IPC (www.usipc.com) is a downstream wholesale marketing business offering refined products for sale across the United States. In November of 2011 ITOCHU purchased Chemoils 50% ownership in IPC for $20.75 million and now owns 100%. Utilizing ITOCHUs extensive global network, IPC is a major supplier of gasoline, diesel, natural gas, naphtha, and other clean fuel products throughout the US.CAPABILITIESSupply:IPC has over $180 million in lines of credit with over 90 suppliers of fuel in the U.S, which includes all refiners and trading companies in the U.S. markets. Maintaining terminal storage in every active west coast terminal including Los Angeles, Colton, San Diego, Barstow, Imperial, Fresno, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Alternative supply sources include Houston and Portland. IPC has the largest and is the exclusive Renewable Diesel source guarantee in California, as an authorized Distributor on the west coast. Our storage facility exceeds 15 million gallons, with industry capabilities that cover wharfage, dedicated storage and testing services.Transportation:IPC maintains relations with common carriers throughout 40 States. This allows IPC to operate in more markets and also allowes us to leverage lower freight rates to maintain a competitive advantage. IPC 100% owns and controls Vista Energy transport in Southern California. Regional Coverage:IPC has multiple offices throughout the U.S. to provide improved regional coverage.
