• Gifts Compass Inc. offers certification training in C. G. Jung's psychological types for various applications, including individuation--the development of the unique personality. The training is online and internationally based. Our online Gifts Compass Inventory (GCI) shows orientations for each of Jung's original eight types; it is thoroughly grounded in Jung's original work. The training faculty consists of Jungian Analysts based in Europe and North America.We have recently introduced a program for schools, colleges, and universities to train career counselors and faculty advisors in effectively guiding students, using the GCI. The GCI Job Profile is a second companion instrument that articulates the gifts needed for particular work.
